TRAINING AND RECRUITMENT DEPARTMENT
This department provides training services. In fact, it offers training modules to assist public and private agents by equipping them with the appropriate technical tools for their professional lives. In addition, it aims to implement communication and marketing strategies to facilitate awareness campaigns for certain structures.
DFAC also supports local authorities, NGOs and other structures in their organizational diagnosis activities, to help them set up training and institutional strengthening plans to improve their organizational development.
The department’s areas of activity are :
- Organization of training seminars in Decentralization-Deconcentration-Territorial Development, Entrepreneurship and Leadership; Managing Your Business Better (GERME), Statistical Software (SPSS-SPHINX), Cartography (Auto-Cad- Arcview), Local Finance and Taxation in Local Authorities, Mobilization of Budgetary Resources in Communes.
